If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

“Wow. Arnalaya is the most incredible place. I would give 10 stars if I could. The property and location are amazing, but the staff makes it over the top. Every person was so helpful and thoughtful, taking care of even small details for us. We had 2 families staying, and we could have easily had more. It’s so well-designed for an incredible Balinese retreat. We enjoyed our days to adventure but always getting back to Arnalaya at the end of the day. We can’t wait to go back.”

“stayed here for a week with a few friends and WOW! the service is outstanding. the house is impressive and cozy. the beds are incredibly comfortable. the pool and ocean view is indescribable. the staff understands true hospitality. security always standing outside the gate. you are taken care of the entire time. you can kick back and relax. our house manager tri absolutely handled everything we needed. what is real blessing and privilege to stay at a house like this... thanks to all the staff of arnalaya house! we love you guys!!!”
