• Extra bed: USD 60++ per night for adults, USD 40++ per night for children

• Car and driver (1 car) at a special rate of USD 45++ per day (8 hours), excluding petrol

• Babysitter available at extra cost

• Massage and beauty treatments (masseuse/spa therapist) available at extra cost

• Yoga instructor and other additional staff available on request at extra cost

• Local and international telephone calls are charged to the guest

• Additional children’s equipment available for a small hire fee

• Weddings and events (up to 100 guests seated / 150 guests standing):

  1. Event fee: USD 1,200++ for up to 80 guests / USD 1,700++ for more than 80 guests

  2. Banjar (local community) fee: IDR 5,000,000 (subject to change)

  3. Minimum stay for events: 2 nights (Low Season) / 3 nights (High Season) / 5 nights (Peak Season)

  4. Music curfew at 11:00 pm

• If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

• If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

• If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

• In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

(Note: Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons as stated in the booking confirmation. Any date amendments or rule breaches may be treated as a cancellation.)

When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.

The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):

• For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.

• For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.

For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
