Prime & Peak Seasons
All payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
No refund when cancellation occurs within 75 days from arrival.
An admin fee of USD 50 +7% VAT will apply in the event of a refund and/or amendment to any reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if ILS cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.

30% deposit, with balance due 45 days prior to arrival
Peak Season
50% deposit, with balance due 75 days prior to arrival

“Just had the most amazing stay at this villa and I’m honestly still not over it. From the moment we arrived, the views already blew us away. The whole place feels so peaceful and relaxing, and then you walk in and see the infinity pool… instant holiday mood. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, really made us feel at home the entire time. The villa itself has everything you could ask for—gym, billiards, mahjong, karaoke, even a private cinema. Whether you want to stay active or just chill, it’s all there. Rooms are spacious, bright, and every single one comes with a stunning sea view. Food was a huge highlight too. We had a chef taking care of all our meals—breakfast had both Chinese and Western options (honestly felt like a 5-star hotel buffet), lunch was simple but so flavourful, and dinner was next level. The shrimp cakes and pork jowl were sooo good. Plus, there’s a wine cellar where you can pick your own wine, which made it even more fun. There are also beaches and local markets nearby, and they even arrange a driver for you, so getting around is super easy. Overall, everything—from the vibes to the service, food, and facilities—was spot on. Definitely a place I’d come back to again.”

“My time spent at the Keeree Tara resort was an experience that could only be described as relaxing and enjoyable. From the moment I stepped into the walls of the building, I was greeted and treated as a guest in their facility. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, and the rooms were large and spacious. The accommodations were also great: from the spa and sauna rooms, the gym room, multiple lounges and cinema rooms, and a giant pool outdoors as well, we had plenty to do inside our accomodation. The views of the villa were stunning as well: from the bright blue ocean and white clouds, to the green lights from fishing boats at night, it all added to a unique and beautiful backdrop to our summer vacation. I will definitely come here again.”
