If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
“We visited in the last week of October 2025 and had a truly wonderful experience. The property is fabulous — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The service staff deserves special mention; they go out of their way to make you feel completely at home. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Security is exceptionally good — the team takes extra care with arrivals and departures, ensuring every guest feels safe and looked after, even when cabs come in late at night. If I were to suggest a few improvements, it would be in the room fittings — the door lock system and locker could use an upgrade, and some of the bathroom fixtures (especially the shower pressure) could be improved. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a comfortable, memorable stay. We’d definitely love to return.”

“Superb location and very comfortable villa. The only issue we faced was that the water in the facilities - showers, sinks etc is very salty and a bit unpleasant to bathe or brush your teeth with. We understand it is borewell water and as the villa is so close to the sea most of the underground water table is sea water origin. Why there is no municipal sweet water supply is quite baffling. At a luxury villa level it’s not acceptable to pass salty water off as OK .”

“Villa Lega staff were exceptional and cooked us fabulous meals. Very friendly and helpful. Location was beautiful with great options for dinner, massages and lounging at the beach. One of the best places we've stayed. We would go back next time in Bali”
