Cost of Food & Provisions: Food cost is on guests' account + THB 300 sourcing fee per shopping trip, subject to 10% Service Charge and 7% VAT.
Refundable Security Deposit: USD 500 in cash required upon check-in for standard stays. (For Weddings/Events: USD 3,500 / THB 100,000 damage deposit applies).

Prime & Peak Seasons
75 Days or More Prior to Arrival: Payments received are generally forfeited. However, a pro-rata refund may be considered only if management successfully secures an alternative booking for the exact same cancelled dates.
Within 75 Days of Arrival: All payments are 100% forfeited with no refunds or credits available.
Low + High + Prime Seasons: 30% on confirmation date with balance due 45 days prior to arrival
Peak Season : 50% on confirmation date with balance due 75 days prior to arrival

“Mia Villa is exceptional. Not only is the setting beautiful, the Villa itself is pure luxury, from the stylish blue and white decor to every possible amenity, one could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay: the spacious rooms, internal courtyard pool, multiple relaxation areas, sunrise yoga, massages and proximity to the beach and town. But the best part are the staff. Ice (Ia), Nok, Moss, and Chef A, totally made our stay with their warm smiles and kind hearts, nothing was too much trouble. From fine dining, to local dishes our chef and staff presented the food meticulously, we will not forget our daily lattes, fancy cocktails, and the special messages and gifts received on our final night. A perfectly curated dinner party complete with decorations, framed photos of our stay, small gifts and delicious food topped off a fabulous 5 night stay. Thank you so much”

“We had a great time at mia villa. Its a complex that every villa including 4-6 barrooms + private pool + private beach! Fits to families or just some couples. Everyone viila have regular stuff including service manager and private chef who make our special food. Our service manager was Pi and he was amazing!
