If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Salamander with our family of eight. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, the food was exceptional, and the peaceful location made it the perfect place to relax. What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, were the incredible staff. From August the manager to Putu the butler, and every team member in between, nothing was ever too much trouble, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Salamander and would love the chance to return one day.

Our stay at Villa Samadhana was absolutely incredible and joyous. The villa was breathtaking, with spacious rooms, and luscious greenery. Beautiful flowers and attractive fishes could be seen at several spots in the villa. The cleanliness was spot-on. The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable, and always brought absolutely delectable food to the table. We will definitely come back again, and recommend it to others. A 10/10 experience🙏

A few weeks ago, I escorted my guests to stay at this Villa and it was a great experience. The villa is clean, the staff is friendly, and the spacious natural garden adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay 👍👍👍👍👍

Villa Samadhana was everything we dreamed of for our wedding and more! The villa itself is absolutely stunning – from the beautiful grounds to the luxurious amenities, it provided the perfect setting for our special day.
A huge thank you to the incredible staff and especially Villa Manager Agus, who went above and beyond to cater to our every need. Their attentiveness and dedication made the experience seamless and stress-free. The food was exceptional – fresh, delicious, and a highlight for all our guests.
