All payments received will be credited towards a future stay at the same property within 12 months (excluding Prime and Peak seasons).
All payments will be forfeited for cancellations made within 45 days of arrival.
All payments received will be forfeited, or refunded pro rata if another booking is secured for the cancelled period.
No refund for cancellations made within 75 days of arrival.
Early departure, whether immediately on arrival or later during the stay, will be treated as a cancellation, and all funds will be forfeited.
An admin fee of USD 50 + 7% VAT applies to any refund and/or amendment to a reservation.
The above cancellation charges also apply if the booking is cancelled due to non-payment of the balance.
Changes to booking dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking, and cancellation charges may apply.
Intermediate, High and Prime seasons: 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
New Year season: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 75 days prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 45 or 75 days of arrival (depending on the season): full payment is due upon confirmation.
A refundable security deposit is payable on site in cash on arrival.
