Minimum stay for events: 2 nights (Low Season) / 3 nights (High Season) / 5 nights (Peak Season)
If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

“We had an absolutely magical stay at Villa Semarapura from August 20th to 24th. We held our wedding here on August 22nd, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation we had. A heartfelt thank you to Ben, our Villa Manager, who is nothing short of fantastic. He took care of our every need with so much warmth and genuine attention, making us feel completely like family. Our butlers, Bagus and Bayu, provided exceptional service throughout our stay, always on hand to ensure every detail was seamless and stress-free. The dining was another major highlight- Ibu Kadek Sri and her talented team of chefs consistently prepared the most incredible, top-tier dishes for us and our guests. Every single meal was delicious and made with so much care. From the stunning grounds to the extraordinary team that made our wedding days so unforgettable, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. “We held our wedding here in July 2026 and stayed for 3 nights with family, and it was just perfect. Very comfortable accommodation that’s true to the photos on the website, exceptional hospitality from the staff, and the food was some of the yummiest we had during our whole holiday in Bali (the Rijsttafel in particular was a standout) and all prepared very hygienically with filtered water. Would highly recommend for a special occasion.”
