If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

“We had a wonderful 5 day stay at the Shanti Residence. The place was lovely, the food was excellent and the service and hospitality was so very good. “Went to a 50th birthday party here. Great location. I had to leave early but the party continued till 5am, which says a massive amount for restrictive areas like Seminyak and Canggu. The villa design, style and service were all excellent”

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, helping with the kids and making the effort to learn all our names and even organising 2 birthday cakes during our stay.
