If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

They immediately become part of your family and look after you with amazing care and thought. The villa is spacious and extremely clean, you can not fault it. The pool is stunning. The feel is more like a luxurious hotel with added privacy. It was lovely to hear how the owners had looked after the staff during COVID. We will definitely be back.”

“The resort provided the ultimate location for a rustic destination wedding. The actual ceremony was conducted over the smaller villa pool whilst the reception was held in the main courtyard and catered beautifully for the 50 guests. The staff were unbelievable and the food was amazing. The larger pool enabled the perfect end to a massive evening.”

“Stayed for five nights last week and could not have wished for better accommodation. The staff went out of their way to make our family holiday an experience to remember.
