For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
“This was our second stay at the incredible Villa Cemara. We have travelled the world and stayed in some spectacular places, yet this villa still takes our breath away more than anywhere else - so much that we asked to host a small celebration of our wedding at the villa, to which the management and owners very kindly agreed. The beautiful grounds, countless outdoor living spaces and generous kitchen provided ample space and the most stunning setting for our celebration. The villa was a talking point for all of our guests, while our catering team greatly appreciated the large, perfectly equipped kitchen. Having visited Bali more than 20 times, I say with complete sincerity that Villa Cemara is the most spacious, luxurious, beautifully appointed, well-positioned and immaculately maintained villa we have seen. Its location is equally exceptional - it sits within the premier “golden” area of Seminyak, just a short walk from the beach and perfectly positioned between the area’s best streets for dining, shopping and spas—not to mention its very convenient proximity to Bintang Supermarket. Despite being only minutes on foot from everything, the villa is tucked away down a lush, peaceful lane and feels like a completely private tropical sanctuary. Seminyak is a large area, and after many visits, we truly believe Villa Cemara is in the most ideal location. We cannot recommend Villa Cemara highly enough. It is an extraordinary property and genuinely feels like a privilege to have the opportunity to stay here. We already feel incredibly fortunate to have experienced it twice, and even more so to now have such special memories of our wedding celebration attached to this spectacular place.”

“This villa is the perfect Bali getaway for friends and family. As soon as you enter, you are struck by the space and tranquillity it offers. Seminyak is lively and ideal for anyone who enjoys dining out, shopping, and being close to the action. The villa is conveniently located near the centre, making it easy to retreat and refresh during the hottest part of the day. Bpk Agung is there to attend to your needs and answer any questions. He takes care of the cleaning and prepares breakfast, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holiday. He is very professional and trustworthy—I left valuables in my room, and everything remained untouched. I have only lovely things to say about Mark, the owner. He makes you feel like an old friend and ensures that you are comfortable and warmly welcomed in his home. I felt as though I had won the lottery being able to enjoy six days here. I hope to come back! I am still in Ubud, but I already miss the villa.”

The villa is serene and all the rooms are tastefully decorated and give a sense of calm and peace. The butler, Agung was attentive to our needs and Sayuri, the villa manager was quick to respond to any issues or queries. The shops, bars, restaurants and the Bintang supermarket were right on our doorstep, you honestly couldn’t ask for a better location! We had such a wonderful holiday and will definitely be back”

“Villa Cemara Seminyak exceeded all of our expectations. If you're looking for a luxury villa in Bali that comfortably accommodates a large group, this is the place. Our group of eight had plenty of space, with beautifully appointed, spacious bedrooms that provided both comfort and privacy. One of our favourite features was the outdoor bathrooms, which added a unique Balinese touch and made the whole experience feel even more special. The pool and outdoor dining area quickly became our favourite hangout spots. In fact, we loved the villa so much that we barely left the property for two days! We ordered in delicious local food, relaxed on the bean bags with our books, soaked up the sun, and spent hours enjoying the pool. It was the perfect place to unwind. Every morning, the chef and his assistant prepared breakfast for us at the villa. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, with generous portions for everyone. They were incredibly cooperative and flexible, happily accommodating our requests and preferences, which made every breakfast a wonderful start to the day. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The villa manager was incredibly responsive at any time of the day, making everything effortless and stress-free.
