In-Villa Wellness Services: On-request massage treatments, yoga, and wellness sessions available for an additional charge.
Concierge Excursions & Outsourced Services: Island tours, private boat charters, cooking classes, and outsourced laundry services.
Low & High Seasons
Credit Allowance: All payments received will be credited for future stays at the same property, valid for 12 months (excluding Prime & Peak seasons).
Late Cancellation: All payments will be forfeited for any cancellation made within 45 days of arrival.
Prime & Peak Seasons
Policy: All payments received will be forfeited, or refunded on a pro-rata basis only if another booking is secured for the exact same cancelled period.
Late Cancellation: No refunds will be issued when a cancellation occurs within 75 days of arrival.
Low, High, & Prime Seasons : A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Peak / New Year Season : A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 75 days prior to arrival.
Last-Minute Bookings : For any reservations made within 45 days (for Low/High/Prime) or 75 days (for New Year) of the arrival date, full payment is due immediately upon confirmation.
“This accommodation is excellent. There are only 6 rooms, perfect for large families. The rooms are new, clean, and the service is great. There's a private beach in front of the house with kayaks available, and a mini golf course for the kids to play on. It's like a vacation home where you don't want to leave the house at all. It's truly ideal for relaxation. The swimming pool is also large, and the kids played all day. I was very impressed with the accommodation and will definitely return if I have the chance. 😊”

“The sea is beautiful at high tide, and the sunset view is amazing. The accommodation is excellent, spacious, and has complete amenities, including kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. The bed is incredibly comfortable; you won't want to get up! It's close to a convenience store and the market. ❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
