• Full staff: villa manager, assistant manager, chef, cook, butlers/housekeeping, garden and pool staff, maintenance and security

• All 5 bedrooms with curved satellite TVs, bathtubs and walk-in wardrobes

• Bar terrace, poolside balé and Bose speakers

• Baby cot and high chair

• 2 massage beds, safes and back-up generator

• 15.5% tax and service charge

• Lunch and dinner: ordered from the villa’s priced menu (off-menu groceries at cost + tax and service)

• Extra beds: USD 75++ (adult) / USD 50++ (child) per night

• Other kids’ items such as booster seat, baby bath and pool fence (small fee)

• Car and driver or taxis (arranged by staff, charged separately)

• Spa treatments, babysitters and masseuses

• If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

• If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

• If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

• • In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.

The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):

• For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.

• For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.

For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
