If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
“Beautiful villa and excellent staff. However, had we known about the paragliding activity we experienced during our stay, we would not have booked this villa. During our stay, we observed single and tandem paragliders frequently passing above the villa and pool area, generally from around 10 a.m. until approximately 6 p.m. Some appeared close enough for us to see their faces, and we observed some carrying cameras or phones. For us, this significantly affected the feeling of privacy and seclusion.”

“Service is superb, chef is experienced and prepares variety of delicious local and international delicacies. Concierge service accommodates whatever you want, massage services are just great. House is amazing, spacious, pleasant and nicely decorated, with everything you could need, each room with great ocean views. Garden/pool area is well organized, green and in setup for relaxation. Outside dining area has superb view provides unmatched dining experience. Overall experience is superb, dream vacation!”
