If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

“We spent three wonderful days in this villa, and everything was simply perfect. From the warm welcome by the staff to the exceptional service – every detail exceeded our expectations. Two dedicated staff members were available all day to assist with anything we needed, and we were spoiled by a private chef who prepared a delicious breakfast each morning and, upon request, other meals as well. The master bedrooms were absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views, and the kids especially loved the movie room. The pool was a dream, and the heated jacuzzi added the perfect touch of relaxation. The villa is located within a resort, allowing access to the fitness center, spa, and restaurant. Additionally, a shuttle bus takes guests to the resort’s private beach club, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beach. Everything about this villa was simply perfect, and the spaciousness was truly unique. Three nights were definitely too short – we’ll be back for sure! Highly recommended!”

“The 4 men team are just so helpful. We have rented this privileged Villa for 44 days. From the outset let us know that it needs some improvements in maintenance, of note it is already old and how it is on the sea this is seen in use. We had the jacuzzi painted, it was very ugly. We also demanded that they open the windows because we have not come to paradise to lock ourselves in the air conditioning. There is a problem with monkeys, but if you don't leave food in sight and if there is movement of people they don't come near. I still have one more month to enjoy this experience in this magnificent house. The bugs are being solved, but what I think is that paying what is paid, these bugs should not exist.”
