If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

“Our stay at Villa Indrani was truly memorable. The level of luxury was beyond five-star, with incredible attention to detail and comfort in the amenities, gorgeous art and furnishings everywhere, and gracious, helpful staff (including a private chef) who made our stay feel effortless. We appreciated the calm, peaceful atmosphere here, as well as the convenient location in Canggu. It was great to relax in the spacious living room overlooking the resort-like pool area. We slept well too, thanks to comfortable beds that were on par with some of the best hotels we've been to.”

“Basic. But disguised as traditional Balinese hospitality. Staff and workers do not understand hospitality, or what it means to be one. I'll never ever spend a night there.”
