If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Perched high above the cliffs with the most incredible views over the Indian Ocean, it feels peaceful, private and completely removed from the busyness of Bali. Waking up to those views every morning was honestly something we will never forget. But what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and looked after. Their beautiful Balinese hospitality made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. The food was another highlight. Having such delicious meals prepared for us in the villa was such a luxury. Everything we ate was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour, and the choice of meals was fantastic. We especially loved being able to enjoy breakfast and meals while taking in those incredible views. The villa itself was stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, incredibly clean and perfect for relaxing as a family. The pools, views, privacy and facilities made it feel like our own little piece of paradise. Pandawa Cliff Estate is more than just a beautiful place to stay. It’s the people, the service, the attention to detail and the feeling of being genuinely looked after that makes it so special. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our Bali holiday so memorable. We left feeling completely relaxed, spoiled and very sad to say goodbye.”

“My wife and I were guests at a wedding that was hosted at the Villa, we were also lucky enough to stay. I can't speak highly enough of the experience. The location was beautiful, the facilities were emasculate, clean and stunning. But the best thing about the stay was the staff, they were outstanding! Exceedingly attentive, quick to respond and took care of our every need before we even asked! The overall cost was very reasonable and I can highly recommend.”

“We hosted out wedding in Pandawa Cliff Estate last year and it was the best experience we could have asked for from the cliff views to the staff service to the rooms and abundant outdoor space. We stayed together with close friends and family there for a few days prior to the wedding and the dedicated service and hospitality provided to us was second to none. Rizal, the manager was also extremely supportive, helpful and friendly to us before and during the wedding to ensure all our queries and needs were addressed and taken care of. We hope to come back again one day to stay to experience the nostalgia again!”
