Prime & Peak Seasons: All payment(s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled. No refund when cancellation occurs within 75 days from arrival.
Notes: An admin fee of USD 50 + 7% VAT will apply in the event of a refund and/or amendment to any reservation.
Low, High & Prime Seasons: 30% deposit, with balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Peak Season: 50% deposit, with balance due 75 days prior to arrival.
Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings within 45 days (or 75 days for Peak) of arrival, full payment is due upon confirmation.
