When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.

For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

“I truly wish there was an option of more than 5 stars for this review. We have had the most wonderful week. Villa San is perfectly appointed, the rooms air conditioned, the bathrooms clean and functional and in many cases large, communal seating and dining are outstanding. Our family group ranged from 2 years old to 70 - the pool, garden and communal areas worked fabulously and everyone had room to participate or retreat through the week. Adi and his amazing staff team made sure our every request was seen to, always with a smile and going the extra mile to ensure our stay exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home….. with the action and markets of Ubud a short walk away and the rice fields and open markets also just a short walk away. We chose to embrace a local Balinese menu which was outstanding at every meal, professionally presented and a great description of what chef had created for us before each of the meals we enjoyed. Of particular note was our birthday celebration on the lawn with traditional decorations and suckling pig - truly a night to remember!! The menu offerings are wide and accommodating for all - with a western menu on offer if that’s what you’re after!, and dietary requirements (GF) well catered for. All in all, a wonderful stay at Villa San and we are be sad to be leaving! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“9 of us had the pleasure to step into this magical villa. I booked in many months in advance and it exceeded my expectations. The beautiful pictures are great but being immersed in the villa is totally surreal. It's spacious and welcoming in every way. We were there for a week and we were spoiled with superb customer service at every level. The care that Adi (mgr), Ari , Agun and the rest of the staff was outstanding. Accommodating every request and anticipating every need. They were all so respectful and represented the Bali culture at its finest. I wish i would have spent more time in the villa. The 25m pool was a highlight for all the guest and the privacy surrounding the villa is exceptional. The artwork and woodwork in the villa was magnificent as well. The villa is very close to the center of Ubud and easy to walk to shops, restaurants, markets, and various sites. I highly recommend staying at Villa San and a BIG thank you to the entire staff.”

“What a wonderful sanctuary and oasis is Villa San. We celebrated three family birthdays with 15 people over 7 x nights. Absolutely amazing facilities, service and food. A beautiful 30 metre pool with comfortable, air con bedrooms. Every room has an en suite and so very quiet and protected from the bustle of Ubud. With everything within walking distance including a very accessible medical centre. We could not have been more happy. Absolutely nothing was a problem for the staff.”
