If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

“3/30/2024 Recently I was fortunate to spend 10 days with a group of friends at the Villa Zelie. This was by far one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The resident koi, lily ponds and gorgeous landscaping are just what I needed. The accommodations are rustic elegance with a 5 star crew of people providing the best of care. The chef prepared amazing food and even gave me some of his recipes. There are 5 private huts with open air bathrooms. If you are not fond of nature and the thought of an open air shower turns you off, pass this up. Bamboo and other plants offer plenty of privacy. The soft breezes and sounds of birds singing gives a peaceful setting for a long shower or soaking bath. (The toilets are privately enclosed.) My friends and I were in heaven experiencing massages plus additional services, i.e. manicures, pedicures, facials, ear candling, etc., in one of the two open air massage rooms. The large salt water swimming pool is always a perfect temperature. The staff are attentive, kind and simply amazing. As soon as I left my room to have a meal or spend time in the pool, staff magically appeared and cleaned my room before I returned - always replacing the sheets and towels. They also provide laundry service for a very small extra charge. Everyone in my group was a bit emotional at the end of our stay when we had to leave. If the staff see this review, hello from America, thank you for everything you do, and I hope to return many times and see you again. Om Suastiastu”
